Figgers Communication Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Plans
Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for Figgers Communication Affordable Connectivity Program Plans. Figgers Communication is approved by the FCC to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a federal program created by Congress and implemented by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The Affordable Connectivity Program provides subsidized internet service to eligible customers needing to connect to jobs, healthcare and virtual classrooms. The goal of the Affordable Connectivity Program is to ensure that internet service is affordable for everyone. However, you must use the service to keep the subsidy. The Affordable Connectivity Program is funded by Congress. In the event it is discontinued, the FCC will announce its end date. In that case, at the end of the program, you will be charged the undiscounted rate if you continue to receive the service, which will be subject to our general terms and conditions. You may transfer this Affordable Connectivity Program subsidy to another provider at any time.
The Affordable Connectivity Program provides subsidized internet service for eligible customers.
Eligibility
You or someone in your household can get Affordable Connectivity Program subsidy if you:
Already receive a Lifeline Benefit.
Participate in any of these Federal Assistance programs:
Or participate in any of these Tribal Assistance programs:
Or if your household income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The Federal Guideline is based on your household size and state.
Figgers Communications Free Internet and Free Device
Figgers Communications offers free internet access to our customers who are enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program. With Affordable Connectivity Program, Figgers Communications customers can get:
If you agree to subscribe to Figgers Communications internet and wireless service through the Affordable Connectivity Program, you will get free internet services. Additionally, you may elect to receive a free mobile phone or a free wireless modem or a free tablet device. You may elect to receive only one of these three devices offered by Figgers Communications at no cost to you.
You may subscribe to Figgers Communications services through the Affordable Connectivity Program and get free internet services without electing to receive one of the three devices offered by Figgers Communications at no cost to you. You may transfer this Affordable Connectivity Program subsidy to another provider at any time.
Free Mobile Phone or Free Wireless Modem
If you elect to receive a free mobile phone or a free wireless modem, you agree to continue the services provided by Figgers Communications for a minimum period of 180 days in order to keep the mobile phone or the wireless modem provided at no cost to you. If you transfer your Affordable Connectivity Program benefit to a new company in less than 180 days, you must return the mobile phone or the wireless modem to Figgers Communications or pay a fee of $100 for the mobile phone or $100 for the wireless modem.
Free Tablet Device
If you elect to receive a tablet device from Figgers Communications, you agree to continue the services provided by Figgers Communications for a minimum period of 180 days. If you transfer your Affordable Connectivity Program benefit to a new company in less than 180 days, Figgers Communications will charge you a fee of $30 for the tablet device if you elected to receive the tablet device.
By enrolling in the Affordable Connectivity Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please do not continue with this online application.
Current Figgers Communication Plans for ACP Users
Figgers Communication currently offers a Free Basic Plan and Extended Data Plans to users who are eligible to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program.
Figgers Communication Free Basic Plan
(i) A free basic plan is available to users eligible to participate in US government’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Enrollment in the free plan is subject to verification of eligibility. Figgers Communication may request supporting documentation to confirm eligibility.
(ii) Users must actively enroll and maintain their enrollment in the ACP to continue availing the free plan benefits.
(iv) The free basic plan offers 3GB of data usage per calendar month to eligible users and offers unlimited calls and text services at no additional cost. The free basic plan is provided without any monthly fee to eligible users.
Figgers Communication Extended Data Package Plans
(i) ACP enrolled users have the option to purchase extended data packages in addition to the basic free plan.
(ii) The extended data packages are available exclusively to users actively enrolled in the ACP. Enrollment in the extended data packages will expire automatically if the user is unenrolled from the ACP. Users can opt out of the extended data plans at any time without impacting their enrollment in the free basic plan.

Users will not be automatically moved to a higher data plan if they exceed the data limit of their current plan. Instead, any data usage exceeding the plan limit will be charged at a rate of $10 per each additional GB used.
Billing and Payment
For users who opt for extended data packages, the associated charges will be added to their monthly bill. Payment for the extended data packages is due on the user’s billing cycle date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Acknowledgement
By enrolling in the Affordable Connectivity Program or opting for any extended data package, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the ACP plan or opt for any extended data package.
