On January 11, 2024, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced the wind-down of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) due to a lack of additional funding from Congress. Funding for the program is anticipated to run through April 2024. The FCC requires Figgers Communication to send notices to enrolled households about the end of the program.

We would like to advise you about the possibility of termination of the ACP and the potential impact on your broadband service and bills. In the event Congress does not appropriate additional funding for ACP after April 2024, your free broadband service under the ACP benefit will end on April 30, 2024. The date of the last bill on which you will receive the ACP benefit is April 30, 2024. However, these dates may change if program funding remains available after April 2024. The FCC and the USAC, which administers the ACP, will provide information and updates throughout the wind-down process.

After the end of the ACP, you may elect to receive discounted wireless services from Figgers Communication. Figgers Communication currently offers the following discounted plans:

If you choose to receive discounted wireless services from Figgers Communication after the end of the ACP, you must inform Figgers Communication, either orally or in writing, that we may continue providing broadband service to your household and charge a higher rate than your household would pay if you were receiving the free full discount permitted under ACP rules.
